Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clipfinch, a social-media publishing platform operated by Orbilon Technologies(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• A workspace (company) is administered by its company admins, who may invite members and grant them access to specific connected channels.

Connected accounts & publishing

• You may connect third-party social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with each platform’s own terms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok).
• You authorize Clipfinch to publish content to the channels you connect, on your behalf and at the times you schedule.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time, which revokes our stored access to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clipfinch to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Violate the terms, rate limits, or policies of any connected platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other workspaces, or their data.
• Send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you select in order to provide the service.

Service availability

We work to keep Clipfinchavailable and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs, which may change or be unavailable outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbilon Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, we will delete or de-identify your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
